For those days by the pool, hanging out with your friends, try our favorite DIY POPSICLE recipe!
Ingredients: Makes about 10 servings and you’ll need either popsicle molds or paper cups and a blender.
- You can use fresh or frozen fruit
1 cup Mangos
1 ½ cups Pineapple
2 cups Strawberries
1 ¼ cup Coconut milk
1 tbsp Honey
3 tbsp Orange Juice
For the pineapple swirl:
1½ cups of Pineapple
1 cup manos
1/2 cup- ¾ cup coconut milk
Place ingredients in a blender and puree until completely smooth. Add additional coconut milk as needed
For Strawberry Swirl
2 Cups strawberries
3-4 Tbsp Orange Juice
1 Tbsp honey (optional)
Place ingredients in a blender and puree until completely smooth
Alternate scoops of pineapple and strawberry smoothies into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle molds and freeze until solid
- If using paper cups, freeze for about 30 minutes before inserting wooden sticks.
