Day 2’s menu consisted of “mashed potatoes with garlicky kale.” I’ve pasted the recipe HERE.
This was low key AMAZING! Definitely a much needed shakeback from Sunday’s “broccoli tots!” Now, please be mindful that I am from New Orleans, Louisiana. Therefore, I added some extra seasoning – garlic powder and seasoned salt; so, I am sure that helped. I was also very shocked at how tasty this was WITHOUT adding butter. Will definitely make this again.
